One of the major pros of getting a synthetic lawn is that you will save water, money and time. Maintaining a natural lawn can be costly even if you do it yourself.
You will need to buy equipment and maybe even pesticides to keep it looking good. If you employ someone to tend the lawn then you will have to pay them.
When you have a synthetic lawn you will still have to do maintenance but this maintenance is usually in the form of a quick rake and rinse with water.
